Warranty Process

Warranty Compensation
Items under the 30-day warranty must be returned to our warehouse. We accept returns for refunds or exchanges as long as the item is unused/unworn, with all labels, tags, and original packaging intact. Once we receive the item, we will process your compensation.
Return Costs
Please note that customers are responsible for covering the shipping fee to return items to us. This cost is non-refundable. Customers must provide tracking details for their package, and we will monitor the return. Compensation will be processed once we have received the items.
